01Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LazyTube website, Chrome extension and related services ("LazyTube", "we", "us").

By accessing or using LazyTube, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LazyTube.

02Description of LazyTube

LazyTube is a software service designed to help you manage and perform bulk uploads of videos and YouTube Shorts to your own YouTube channel. Depending on availability, LazyTube can provide features such as:

  • Bulk video uploads
  • Upload Profiles
  • Video metadata
  • Playlists
  • Visibility settings
  • Supported YouTube upload settings
  • Thumbnail uploads where supported (custom thumbnail uploads are not currently supported for Shorts)
  • Upload queue management
  • Pause, resume and stop controls where supported
  • AI-assisted metadata generation where available
  • Usage tracking

03Google and YouTube Accounts

LazyTube uses Google OAuth so you can authorize access to your YouTube channel. You authorize LazyTube through Google's own authorization system.

LazyTube does not collect or store your Google password.

You remain responsible for your Google and YouTube accounts, including their security and your compliance with their terms.

04YouTube API Services

LazyTube uses YouTube API Services to provide YouTube-related functionality. Your use of YouTube features through LazyTube is also subject to:

LazyTube is a third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

YouTube may change its APIs, policies, quotas or functionality at any time, which may affect LazyTube features. We cannot promise that any particular YouTube API feature or quota will always remain available.

05User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the videos, Shorts, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags and other content you upload using LazyTube. You must:

  • Have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to upload and publish that content.
  • Comply with applicable laws and with YouTube's policies and Terms of Service.
  • Not use LazyTube to upload unlawful, infringing or otherwise prohibited content.

06YouTube Upload Certification

When you use LazyTube's YouTube upload functionality, you are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube policies, including the YouTube Community Guidelines.

LazyTube does not review or approve the content you upload and is not responsible for determining whether your content complies with YouTube's terms or policies.

07User Conduct

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to LazyTube or another user's account.
  • Circumvent usage limits or subscription limits.
  • Abuse or interfere with the service.
  • Reverse engineer LazyTube or attempt to extract protected backend credentials.
  • Use LazyTube to violate YouTube policies.
  • Use LazyTube for unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to interfere with YouTube, Google or LazyTube systems.
  • Upload content you do not have the necessary rights to use.

08Upload Limits and Plans

LazyTube may provide a Free plan and paid subscription plans with different monthly upload limits. The current plans are:

  • Free: $0/month — 50 uploads per month
  • Starter: $29.99/month — 100 uploads per month
  • Pro: $49.99/month — 200 uploads per month
  • Business: $89.99/month — 500 uploads per month

Upload limits depend on your selected plan and are measured by LazyTube's usage system. LazyTube upload limits are separate from YouTube API quotas, which are set and controlled by YouTube.

09Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. The applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you make a purchase.

10Free Trials and Promotions

Promotional offers, if any, may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of the offer.

11AI-Assisted Features

LazyTube may provide AI-assisted features, such as generating descriptions or tags.

AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete or appropriate, and LazyTube does not guarantee its accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using or publishing it.

12Intellectual Property

LazyTube and its software, branding, design, website and related materials are owned by LazyTube or its applicable licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited right to use the service.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, subject to the rights and licenses necessary for LazyTube and YouTube to provide the service you request. LazyTube does not claim ownership of your videos.

13Third-Party Services

LazyTube relies on third-party services, including Google/YouTube and backend infrastructure providers. Those services have their own terms, policies and availability, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

14Availability and Changes

LazyTube is provided subject to availability. Features may change, be updated, suspended or removed. Changes to YouTube's APIs or other third-party services may affect functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

15Account Suspension or Termination

LazyTube may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Abuse of the service
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Security reasons
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

You may stop using LazyTube at any time and request deletion of your LazyTube account and data through the Account & Data Deletion page.

16Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of data stored by LazyTube through the Account & Data Deletion page.

Deleting your LazyTube account does not delete videos, Shorts, playlists, channels or other content stored on YouTube.

17Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how LazyTube collects, uses, stores and shares information.

18Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • LazyTube is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • LazyTube does not guarantee that every upload will succeed.
  • LazyTube does not guarantee YouTube API availability.
  • LazyTube does not guarantee YouTube account approval, monetization, rankings, views, revenue or channel growth.
  • LazyTube does not control YouTube's policies, algorithms, systems or decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LazyTube will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, revenue, profits or channel performance, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, LazyTube or any third-party service it relies on, including YouTube.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

20Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for, and to cover LazyTube against, claims arising from your misuse of LazyTube, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights, or unlawful content you upload.

21Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as LazyTube changes. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

22Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction provisions applicable to these Terms will be specified when LazyTube's legal entity and operating jurisdiction are finalized.
